The project is located in the city of Ramat Gan and encompasses a portion of Hayarkon Park, Ayalon Mall, and Ramat Gan's historic stadium. Our design approach involved dividing the project area into three parts: "wild" nature, "cultured" nature - which will be in the center and serve as the focal point of the project, and "urban" nature. This approach was developed in response to the contrasting characteristics of the project area: on one side, the Hayarkon River, and the other, the Ayalon Mall, busy roads, and an industrial area.
